Assembling relevant, local content has never been easier. Channel’s new custom Resource Guide is a tool that helps you assemble information throughout the Channel website into a digital document that can be saved, shared or printed.

Creating your own Channel Resource Guide is simple with the click of a button, you can add the content to your resource guide. Here's how it works:

  1. When browsing the Seed Finder, Individual Plot Reports or Agronomy Library, you will notice the Add to Guide button. When you find something you want to save for later, just click that button to keep it. The content will be added to your Channel Resource Guide.
  2. The My Guide tab at the top of the screen will show you how many things you've added. You can review and edit your guide from that tab at any time.
  3. After you've added everything you want to your Channel Resource Guide, click the My Guide tab to finalize and publish your guide.
  4. Fill out the form to customize the information that is included with your guide. Add your name, contact information and notes. This information will be displayed when someone visits your guide.
  5. When you're finished filling out the form, click the Preview button to see what your finished guide will look like. You can also click the Publish button to build your guide immediately. Once your guide is published, an email will be sent to the email address you included in the form.
  6. After clicking Publish, your guide is ready to be shared! On the confirmation screen, you can download a PDF, go to the interactive version of your guide, email it to a friend, or share the link to your guide on Twitter and Facebook.
  7. Now that you've published a Channel Resource Guide, press the Clear Guide button from the My Guide page and start a new guide!
